The Pastured Meat Subscription (CSA)
Make sure your freezer is full this winter with our monthly meat box, packed with pastured and humanely raised meats.

Not everyone has the freezer space for a whole or half hog let alone a side of beef. By signing up for our monthly meat subscription you’re guaranteed to get the flavorful cuts of meat you’ve come to rely on from us, without the need for a big freezer.

Monthly meat boxes are available for pickup (at the South Durham Farmers’ Market, on the farm and delivery to select locations). Each month will come with tried and true recipes that use the cuts in your box. What a fabulous way to expand your cooking repertoire.

Choose from 2 sizes that fit your needs. Just pick a monthly or yearly payment (monthly payments will be automatically billed).

Perfect for a couple, family with small kids or 1 teenage boy (speaking as the mother of 2 teen boys)
Not sure how to cook some of these cuts? We’ve got you covered, you’ll get a tried and true recipe each month using one of the cuts in your box.

What’s in each box?….here’s what to expect:
• 1lb of our Artisanal, unique to us, Sausages (either pork, lamb or turkey)
• 1 lb ground (either beef, pork, turkey or lamb)
• 2-3 lbs of chops, ribs, roast or cuts (either pork, turkey or lamb)
• Something fun (bacon, an extra sausage, bone broth, rendered lard, meat pies or whatever I’m developing at that moment) Pick up will be the last full weekend of each month
