This box is designed for a medium sized family, a couple who are serious about their meat or 2 teenage boys (mine could totally eat this whole box on their own!)Not sure how to cook some of these cuts? We’ve got you covered, you’ll get a tried and true recipe each month using one of the cuts in your box. What’s in each box…here’s what to expect:• up to 3lb of our Artisanal, unique to us, Sausages (either pork, lamb or turkey)• up to 3 lbs ground (either beef, pork, lamb or turkey)• 3-5lbs chops, ribs, roast or cuts (either pork, turkey or lamb)• Something fun (an extra sausage, bone broth, rendered lard, meat pies or whatever I’m developing at that moment)*Feel like you need more?
